Fantastic stay at a great location

The hotel upgraded my room (I booked a beautiful room) to a premier room at no extra cost. The room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, which I found very useful. Staff members were always smiling and ready to assist, especially at breakfast.
The wifi signal was sometimes weak in certain areas of the room.

The resort features multiple pools and dining options ensuring convenience (the pool bar was a particular highlight!). Sunbeds were well-managed, and security personnel maintained a safe atmosphere throughout the hotel.

The location proved ideal. It was very close to the island's attractions. many pools exist, offering multiple spots for relaxation. checking in and out was quite simple plus room service was really prompt. i found this all to be quite tender. the staff really smiled.
the hotel does not allow outside food into the rooms, forcing reliance on their restaurants. there's an additional charge for reheating food that was ordered from them, quite inconvenient.

Staff were attentive to guest requests, ensuring prompt assistance. The front desk was efficient and cute, they provided a swift check-in process and they addressed queries thoroughly, so sweet of them.

the staff were very friendly and quick. breakfast WAS plentiful with lots of options.
the room had A musty smell when i first walked in. i informed reception, but nothing happened about it. i found it quite annoying and it impacted my stay negatively.
